Fairview seeks a casual registered nurse for the Level III neonatal intensive care unit at Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. The posted pay range is $44.68–$75.66 per hour based on degree and qualifying experience. Care for premature and critically ill newborns, monitor complex conditions, attend deliveries, help stabilize and transport infants, assist with specialized procedures, support families and document care using clinical systems. Coordinate with the care team and evaluate patient outcomes. Requires a Minnesota RN license, BLS and two years of acute-care NICU RN experience; neonatal resuscitation certification is required within six months. A BSN and additional NICU experience are preferred. Benefits depend on eligibility.
