Security Shift Supervisor — Weekends

Allied Universal seeks a part-time Security Shift Supervisor in Shoreview. The position pays $23.65 per hour and covers afternoon and evening shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Supervise officers at an assigned customer site, coordinate security services, and serve as a liaison between officers and site and operations managers. Coach staff, maintain reports and logs, follow site procedures, and handle routine and emergency situations. Applicants must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, and have at least one year of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience, plus supervisory or management experience. Strong communication, customer service, judgment and intermediate computer skills are required. Background and post-offer drug/alcohol screening apply; licensing and driving-record requirements may apply. The work can involve outdoor weather, standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
