Wells Fargo seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative for its Investment Contact Center at 550 S. 4th Street, Minneapolis. The listed pay range is $21.63–$27.40 per hour. Support brokerage clients in a high-volume contact center. Handle inbound customer interactions and service requests, investigate and resolve account concerns, process and document transactions across multiple systems, explain digital self-service options, collaborate on escalations, and follow applicable policies and regulations.
